“I am very disappointed considering this is a new location. I have been going to Habit in Wayne NJ & they are amazing. I came to Clifton since it was closer & the burger wasnt burgering. Idek know what to say anymore LOL fries were just bland. Ya can tell I was bummed out. 2 meals for $26 for nothing. I dont understand why customers need to purchase a sauce or add cheese on a burger & the bills already twice as more than it already insanely is. Wayne location never fails. Clifton is Overpriced & does not satisfy.“

The food is the highlight here. I ordered the Double Deluxe Smash, which was easily one of the best burgers I’ve had. The meat was juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The fries were equally impressive, crispy, crunchy, and well-seasoned. To top it off, I tried the new Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Shake, which I can’t recommend enough. A thoughtful detail is that they serve the extra shake in a metal cup, so you get more than just what’s in your glass.
Service was also excellent. My food arrived in under five minutes, and the staff were both efficient and genuinely friendly, adding to the positive experience.

“I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. I really love the unique atmosphere of the place -warm, classy and comfortable all at once. No boring old chain restaurant vibes here. Everyone had a great time. I would definitely host future events here.“

“The orders are always made correctly. The new ordering system is OK, but the computer makes mistakes. But, the staff always catch it and they correct it before you get your order.

“Today I went to the Applebees in Clifton with a friend for dinner. We had the appetizer special and an entree. We were both pleased with the service of our server Miguel. He was thorough and attentive. He apologized for a brief wait to be served after we had been seated. He proceeded to check on us numerous times and followed up with us four times to make sure our drink glasses were filled. The food was very good for the price. Mozzarella sticks wings quesadillas and chips with spinach tasted very good. I can honestly say the food was hot and it all tasted fresh. As I proceeded to leave after paying my bill, online at the table kiosk, the manager asked if everything was good. I explained how happy I was with the service and made sure he knew I filled out an online survey in the store and was going to do this google review at home. He thanked me for choosing to have dinner at Applebees and appreciated the positive feedback of our server Miguel.“
