“I've done meal plans for years, I've tried almost every major recognizable meal plan service. Paid nearly $100/week for 4-5 meals everywhere, and quality to price ratio, maybe 7/10. The 5-meal plan from MMG here in Clifton (have ordered for over 6mos), the quality is consistent, the options are fantastic, and the taste is so good, makes you think you're having a cheat meal. Oh and you are paying under $10/meal. Kinda can't be beat. Nowhere is perfect, can't speak to the other negative reviews, but this place has my commit and hard recommendation.“

“From the moment I walked in I was made feel welcome like I have been shopping for years. The location was super relaxing and cozy. Lisa was super helpful and very generous. The reason for my visit was the SEA MOSS GEL and let me tell you it tastes amazing. The portion is also amazing, she let me try a few different flavors and even let me know they can customize a sea moss gel for you. Which means the next time I’m definitely trying Black Cherry. “I recently visited Muscle Maker Grill in Lodi, NJ, and had the Steak Wrap — it was fantastic! The wrap was filled with perfectly grilled steak, fresh veggies, and a delicious sauce that really brought everything together. The steak was tender and flavorful, and it made for a satisfying, healthy meal without feeling too heavy.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The manager, a young lady, was incredibly helpful and super friendly. She went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience, which definitely added to the overall positive vibe of the place.
The restaurant itself has a casual, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is attentive and kind. Whether you're focused on eating healthy or just looking for a tasty meal, I highly recommend Muscle Maker Grill. I’ll definitely be back to try more items from their menu!!!“

“Family owned. The owner (I believe that’s who served me) is such a nice guy. I got the immunity juice and chicken Cesar wrap and both were fresh and delicious. I ate all of it up! Juice was a big quantity! I saved some for the next day and it was still great. Highly recommend this place. I called for pick up and it was ready in time. Fast service. Sweet man. “First time here. Apparently opened today, 11/13/21 and I'm happy I stopped in.I had the blueberry muffin smoothie and it was very good. Tasted like a liquified blueberry muffin. I think it was on point. I also had the crepe and that was also amazing. I'm picky with food and sweets and I did not mind paying for what i got. Well worth it.And the folks that own it and run it are super nice and friendly. They offer lots of discounts to repeat custys and for referrals.
