“Lyndergy nutrition is the best place for a great protein shake! I am here every morning and the owner Kevin is super sweet and helpful. The mint chocolate chip shake is my absolute favorite! They also have amazing teas, protein waffles and protein donuts. A must try in Lyndhurst!“

“Perfect start to the day! We stayed here 4 or 5 times during our week in NY for breakfast. We tested porridge, acai bowls and smoothies. The "Hell's Kitchen Sink" tastes awesome (with peanut butter and cocoa nips.) The smoothies Boo Berry, Gymbuddy and Energy Boost are each made with almond or coconut milk and protein powder .We loved everything! The service is very friendly and There are only a few seats, so we were there early (about 8 / 9h) and had no problems getting a small table.Now we are back home and miss the delicious bowls!“

I cant speak for all locations but Playa Bowls at 27th and 7th in NYC is quick and efficient as well. I can be in and out in less than five minutes, which is crucial for me. I always know I will get quick, accurate service and fresh food, so it’s a frequent lunch destination.“

The vibes are set as soon as you step in the door the space is super trendy and playing cool music and decorated beautifully. I got the birthday cake shake which was absolutely delicious and the donuts which were absolutely insaneee. The more amazing part is that all of this taste so good and is low sugar and low fat but packed with protein...what kind of sorcery is this? While I enjoy both places, this one definitely won on portion, which was my main complaint about the other one (too small). A very nice surprise!Order at the counter or on their self-order screen. Counter order-taker was friendly and cheerful. Food came out within 5 minutes and I sat at a table in the window. Was the only one dining-in, although they were doing a decent pick-up business.I ordered the spicy bowl and it was excellent. It comes with a generous portion of spicy tuna, spicy kani (crab stick) and spicy shrimp over rice, cucumbers, jalapeño, seaweed and tobiko. It looks like the have a nice selection of appetizers, as well. I will try that and bring the family next time!“
