The cake is a heavenly soft cream on a nice size slice with good packaging. Service is mostly great with amazing staff, though sometimes marred by an unfriendly employee. It is a nice place to enjoy some sweets and have a good night. However, there can be disappointing experiences, like a special order cake not being available. Many customers enjoy their visits, finding the drinks delicious and the pastries good, and plan to come back soon to recommend it.
