“I’m really not sure what took me so long to get here, but I’m upset now that it did! This was a phenomenal experience. As soon as we walked in, we knew we were going to enjoy it. The vibe is so good, and they’ve done such a good job making this a cute and cozy space inside of a historical building. Their seasonal drink menu was excellent, which is what we ordered from. And the sweet and savory treats they had were to die for. We got a scone and a homemade oatmeal cream pie. Both excellent! We had our drinks and relaxed for a while. Service was fast and friendly! Just great overall experience. We will definitely be back soon!“

“Cafe Duet is a gem. If I were local, I would come here all the time. Ended up ordering two sandwiches and pastries simply because I couldn't choose between the abundance of amazing options. The service was also outstanding. Both of the baristas were delightful and helpful. I will certainly be back when I am in the area!“

“Sometimes the roads less traveled brings out some really great spots. Found myself near Hope New Jersey in rural Warren County (Exit 12 Route 80) and this spot came highly recommended. The Hope Cafe is located at 6 Cedar Street at the corner of Cedar St. and County Road 519. Definitely a shop that deserves to be in the spot light. Small town vibe from start to finish with awesome service and more importantly great good. I present the Rajun Roastbeef (Roast beef, pepper jack cheese, hot peppers, horseradish sauce) Sandwich had great taste with a small kick which I enjoyed. Made for a perfect way to fuel up after biking along the Paulinskill Valley Trail“

“A must visit if you have a craving for tasty pastries and pies.
Service was lacking at first, we stood in front of the pastry coolers watching 4 employees in the back completely ignoring a full store of people wandering around with our mouths watering, finally an older gentleman came out and assisted us, he was very pleasant and took his time to ensure we got want we wanted.
The frosted raisins apple pie is a must try, wow it’s delicious 😋.
The donuts and fruit turnovers are equally delicious.
We will be back again soon to try everything else.“

“I have purchased gift cards for the staff and they loved it. Yesterday they all had lunch - raved about the chicken sandwiches and the chicken salad - very fresh and delicious and inexpensive! One of the guys goes regularly for both breakfast and lunch!!! Place is great and nice and clean. Check it out.“

“We loved our food and cookies , but really wish they had more drink options! Usually when you see the word “cafe” you think drinks. This would definitely be our go to spot if I could get a nice chai latte or handcrafted seasonal beverage!“

“The absolute best cafe for homemade ice cream, wonderful hot fudge, delicious soups, over the top croissant sandwiches as well as the best soda and fruit drinks! Such a nice staff and owner. We’ve been eating there over 25 years and probably had 300+ meals. Try it!“

“No seating for a group of more than 4 without taking it upon yourself to move the tables. Zero interaction with staff the entire time as you place your order via tablet yourself. But that is the norm and to be expected at this chain and the food was made quickly and well. Overall good experience“

The building itself is full of character inside and out, the coffee is amazing, and the bagel sandwiches are fresh and delicious! We loved the vibe, the fun and quirky decor, and the art and handmade items for sale. Will definitely be back! ✨“
