Horrible experience! I usually keep it moving and don’t post bad reviews unless I’m very disappointed or upset. An older lady working there was extremely rude to me for no reason. Maybe she was having a bad day or just don’t want to work there but no reason to treat customers how she treated me. Long story short, I ordered 2 hotdogs and she says to me “you will have to wait however long it takes for them to cook” I asked, about how long that’ll be because I’m on my way to work and she says “ however long it takes “ with a nasty attitude. After that I decided to not purchase anything.

PRICED RIGHT RENOVATIONS

Waited for them to tell me they won’t take a $100 bill. How about you put new systems and procedures in place instead of turning people away because you prob got ripped off one time and now everyone has to deal with it smh.

Nice place to grab some delicious ice cream. Friends I went with got a soft served chocolate treat while I got a delicious strawberry shake. All was very good. And the service was fast. Nice treat for a hot summery day.

Poor service. Just came here to get ice cream, one of the girls with huge lashes always has an attitude problem every time we go. I would’ve put 5 stars but the service I received today was not what I expected. Do better DQ.

Limited food and the employees and atmosphere was like robotic. Not my kind of place.

I love Dairy Queen, but the reason why I gave him one star is because the employees touch the money and also touch our food with the same hands and do not wear gloves. Money is extremely dirty and they should not be touching or preparing our food with those hands. When I saw that, I really didn’t wanna eat the food.

Let me start by saying I usually go to this Dairy Queen before 5pm, when the staff seems awake, alert, and aware that customers exist. But this time? I made the bold choice of showing up at night. Big mistake. HUGE.

When we arrived, there were three people working behind the counter. Great! Hope! Maybe ice cream was in our near future! But no. We waited. And waited. After about 15 minutes, one of the workers mysteriously vanished like a magician performing the world’s slowest disappearing act—leaving just two people to ignore us full-time.

Then, to add drama to our dairy tragedy, a woman cut right in front of us like she was skipping the line at a theme park. The staff saw it. They looked us in the eye. And then... continued ignoring us as if we were invisible soft serve spirits haunting the counter.

We finally spoke up—“Hi, we haven’t ordered yet”—and the response?
“We’re busy.”
Which is odd, because they were actively taking orders from the other side of the counter like we had wandered into the wrong timeline.

And the lids. Can someone explain the lid situation at Dairy Queen? Why do I have to beg for a lid like it’s a rare, magical token? Just put the lid on the cup. My Blizzard does not need to freestyle all over my passenger seat.

Lesson learned: stick to daylight hours. Apparently, once the sun goes down, so does the customer service.

Third time in a row that they have gotten my order wrong, the people taking your order do not care.

If you order a milkshake from there they make you beg for a straw! A bunch of woke dummies.

I ordered a cake and was ‘greeted’ by someone who was clearly angry to be at work. I ordered a cake for a graduation. Fast forward I go to pick it up, they have no recollection of the cake being ordered. I asked for “Congratulations ___”, instead I got “Cograts ___”, congrats spelt incorrectly. Not very happy I spent almost $30 on a cake with the wrong spelling.
