The Cranford Dunkin donuts on 333 North Ave has poor customer Service related to on line ordering. I was charged in the app for my order. when I arrived, they claimed they didn't have the ingredients for the coffee I ordered. This was on 2/13/2020. I requested my money back and was told they couldn't refund me since I ordered on line. I called customer service 2 times and was on hold a half hour each time and no one picked up.
