“I stopped by Coffee Malem on a trip to South Jersey. It was a lovely experience. The owner, Malem, was very welcoming and helped me to figure out which drink would be most catered to my taste. I ended up getting a specialty latte that was a mix of a pistachio latte and Spanish latte. Not only were the ingredients of the flavors top tier, the coffee itself was high quality and delicious. “First off, it's important to note that Steel Penny does not allow customization of menu items. They're very rigid about substitutions or adjustments, which feels a bit off-putting and inflexible, especially for those who like to tweak their orders. That said, the Firenze sandwich was phenomenal. It comes with Burrata Cheese, Basil Pesto (nut-free), Arugula, Tomato, Balsamic Glaze, Sicilian EVOO, Salt, and Black Pepper, and you can choose between a chicken cutlet or Prosciutto di Parma. I went with the chicken cutlet, and it was an excellent choice. The rustic Italian bread roll was the perfect base, crusty yet soft enough to hold everything together. Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and well balanced. I also tried the Rose Gold Detroit-Style Pizza, which was very good. The crust was thick but still light, and the vodka sauce was delicious. I added pepperoni, which definitely elevated the flavor. The only real downside was the size, it's only six small slices, and for $20, that feels overpriced. Lastly, I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte. I asked for it extra hot, but it came out just warm. The flavor was fine, but I would have enjoyed it much more if it had been served steaming hot as requested. Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. I'd definitely go back for the chicken cutlet sandwiches as they're worth the trip. I'd hesitate to get another pizza at that price point, and I'd skip the latte next time.“

Enough of that. Food is great. They have pizza and chicken sandwiches. Honestly their chicken sandwich is better than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is antibiotic free and you can’t beat that.

They honestly have it all.

“It's so hard to go to brunch with folks when all they want is eggs and pancakes, but, you can go to Turning Point and have some vegan goodies! They have Just Egg, which is great, because you don't need to feel left out. They have a delicious power up grains bowl with a salad, quinoa and legumes, and sautéed veggies, dressed up with fresh avocado and salsa. It's a pretty decent size, but if you have a large appetite, it may not be enough. Thankfully, they have vegan pancakes, yesssss! Order them and be happy with your carbs, syrup and fresh bananas and strawberries. Top it all off with a bunch of juice and beverage options like French press coffee, tea, lattes and fresh juices. There's also avocado toast, waffles, oatmeal and at least one salad that's vegan friendly. So, that's pretty much an option in all the categories. This makes it a great option for veg*ns, because so often there is only one or two choices! There's also vegan sausage if you like that with your brekkie or brunch. Yum all around - just wish they had a vegan hot chocolate section. Parking is easy, service is quick and table are plentiful.“

Cornbread French toast was particularly sublime! The French press Kona coffee was a great start to the day. My one small complaint was the cleanliness of the dishes. My coffee mug had a visible red lipstick stain, my water glass had food particles on it and one of my plates was dirty. Just a small critique there. The space is nice open and not stuffy. Took 2 sips and through it out. Im able to find a wide range of products for specialty espresso and tea beverages which make shopping on their new.serioussips site fun for me. They have great prices and offer discounts for wholesale pricing. They have specialty products like canisters for making your own whipped cream. Racks to put coffee syrups onto for better organization. Quite a lot of options that are pretty fun to look through for a serious shop or a home coffee counter in the kitchen. The only thing I will say is shipping costs more depending on the weight and amount of boxes being shipped. I wish there was a way to get a reduced price or no price altogether with shipping after a certain amount spent per order. Even though shipping can be a good lot i think it still gets a 5 cause good fast customer service, friendly workers when I've talked over the phone, discount coupons, amount of products available to choose from, easy ordering online process, fast email updates, and a speedy shipment of orders after ordering.“

“Happy Gong Cha has opened here. Franchise, but nice to have something other than the Mr Wishes and Kung fu teas around. There's one in the Cherry Hill Mall too, but happy this one's more local.

Like all stand alone bubble tea shops, you can customize ice and sweetness for most drinks. And like most standalone shops, bubbles here are nice and chewy, unlike ones at asian restaurants which may be hit or miss since their turnover rates on drinks is lower than their food.

Like most chains, pretty sweet, so recommend taking sugar down a notch when you order.

Not sure what's my go-to yet, typically just go with a seasonal new item. Sucker for trying new things.

Mini boba drinks are really good. Packed with toppings, very smooth.

Peach green tea with aiyu jelly is really sweet at 30% sweetness. I watered it down into 2 cups and it was still sweet. Maybe it's the aiyu jelly? The aiyu is a bit thicker and well formed compared to Mr wishes.

Croffles are pressed croissants. Interesting to try but not my favorite. Creme brulee is runny and slightly sweet. It's a nice topping but maybe a touch of confectioners sugar, (or sea salt?) over it would be nice contrast.“
