The very first bite reminded me of the lemon cakes my great-grandmother used to make, which made it feel extra special and nostalgic. Not only did it taste amazing, but it was also beautifully decorated to perfectly match my “Thirty, Flirty, and Thriving” birthday theme. “This is my favorite treat! Every time I enter the market, I go right to the cake area, and put one of your treats in my basket. I can not leave the store without one. I would purchase the big one, but I wouldn't be able to save any of it. Absolutely the best cheesecake I have ever had. Living in MA, I would never have thought they would get cheesecake from NJ, but obviously my store knows where the best cheesecake is made. Thank you!!“

“Everything from this bakery is phenomenal! My husband wanted to order an “authentic” tres leches cake, and I’m so glad we discovered Bakery Bethlehem, because the tres leches cake with dulce de leche filling was honestly the best cake we’ve ever had (not to mention, beautifully decorated and affordable)! Our party guests were all raving about how amazing it was. And all the pastries and breads we tried were fantastic and far better than any other bakery we’ve had.“

“Stopped in right before closing for the first time on Thursday…I initially only wanted banana pudding but the CUPCAKES LOOKED TOO SCRUMPTIOUS 😆I grabbed 4…biscoff…lemon…chocolate and another one that I INHALED and forgot what it was called 😫it had a caramel delight as garnish though 🙂‍↔️ The texture and quality of these desserts are impeccable…not too sweet (just enough)and the cake melts in your mouth…I live 6 minutes from here and I look forward to trying all the flavors!
