“Delicious Mediterranean food! Rita makes you feel like family when you walk in the door. Everything was fresh and delicious. We had the Shawarma, falafel, hummus, baba gannouj, beet salad, stuffed grape leaves! Large portions enough for at least a second meal! Can't wait to return”

“Without question the best food I’ve probably ever eaten. I am writing this review with a full belly and a fulfilled feeling. When we walked in we were warmly greeted and made to feel at home. The woman whose name I wish I had caught made wonderful recommendations and even had a laugh at my boyfriend with me. (He picked a basic chicken meal) sorry to her husband, but I agree the chili sauce added to our ceviche elevated the taste. Not a single dish was even close to being simply “okay.” Do not sleep on this place. The only downside is that I live 2.5 hours away and was only visiting.”

“Love this spot! Such a warm and homey feel inside while still having a splash of classy! The employees are consistently friendly and always excited to greet you with a warm hello! A hidden gem in Belvidere you don’t want to miss! My go to is the iced chai latte but today was their special tiramisu latte. Perfection. I’m not a huge coffee fan but when I indulge I’m a sweet coffee drinker. This was sweet enough for me while still getting the coffee flavor coming through. The dollop of cream on top adds for an extra dash of sweetness. On top of all that, it was served at the absolute perfect temperature ready to immediately drink.”

“Have you went to a pizzeria one day , got a delicous pizza , returned next week and it seems like it was thrown together by your child? A lot of restaurants lack reliability in quality of food. Thai palace is always fantastic. We must have ordered atleast 10x times in the last 6-8 months and always fantastic. Dumplings, curry puffs, pad Thai, drunken noodles. Always a 10/10 and the lovely lady working at the front is great.

Beware of heat though.

“We’ve always been a fan of Humpty’s for their burgers and cheesesteaks. We had our daughter’s grad party and decided to order the food through Humpty Jr’s. The pricing was incredibly affordable and the food was outstanding - everyone raved about it! We were able to cover all dietary needs - vegetarian and gluten free - and we even had guests who have to watch their salt intake that could eat it without any problem. Communication was quick and easy and the food was ready at our designated pick up time. 10/10 - 6 stars and absolutely would recommend!”

The building itself is full of character inside and out, the coffee is amazing, and the bagel sandwiches are fresh and delicious! Joy and Stephanie usually take care of me when I come in. I am treated more than just a customer, but like I'm family. I ordered the delicious fried mozzarella (out of this world!) and had the chicken taco specials while my daughter had chicken tenders. Yummy!!!!! “Huge thank you to La Cocina Dominicana for catering our work party extremely last minute. I needed a dozen empanadas (chicken and beef), arroz con gandules, baked chicken, pernil and maduros and everything was so delicious and reasonably priced. They weren’t my first option when I thought of getting Spanish food catered just based on where the job is and we had a closer option that we tend to go to quite a bit. But they will never be a 2nd option for us again. Thank you again so much!!!”
