“I would like acknowledge the manager of the Delran location for her kindness and hard work. I've lived in Delran for 16 years and this woman has worked at this location for quite some time throughout the past few years (I've never been able to catch her name- usually red dyed hair, pulled back- in her 30's-40's). I became familiar with her during my pregnancy with my daughter in 2023, at which time I was a frequenter at McDonald's for milkshakes & I now continue to stop in for milkshakes for my older children. She is a great leader, as a lot of the employees are younger. Orders are always fulfilled and ready when I've used the app & I've always gotten through the drive-thru in a timely manner even when it has been busy. She has remade our order without asking if it sat for too long and melted (most wouldn't take the time to do that). I'm always happy to see her there & I truly hope that someone see's this and she gets the recognition and reward she deserves for her service!“

“My husband and I drive truck otr. We were waiting to deliver at Lactalis in Delanco and we got hungry. I went to Door Dash and saw your restaurant and gave it a try.
We WERE NOT disappointed! My husband had the All American breakfast with loaded home fries, and I had the Burger Melt with waffle fries. Everything was delicious, and that was probably the best waffle fries I've ever had! We're on the road a lot and have eaten at several different restaurants, and I've got to say ... your food is definitely in the top 5, if not #1! We deliver to Delanco at least 3 times a month, and will be ordering again.“

“I’m from out of state and visiting my sister in New Jersey. She lives close to Basilico and had been recommending for my family and I to try it. This is one of the friendliest and most delicious places I have ever dined at. The service is amazing, extremely friendly staff. My kids hardly eat out and they devoured everything (they loved the milkshakes)! Even my husband couldn’t stop his compliments! If you’re visiting with your family I definitely recommend the family special with the large pizza and wings. Honestly, we had a lot more food items so I encourage you to try it all!“

“We hosted our daughter Ryann's 21st birthday party at Fireside, and it was a huge success! With around 30 family and friends in attendance, the staff made sure everything went perfectly. Michelle made the planning process a breeze, handling all the details and ensuring our celebration was exactly what we envisioned. On the afternoon of the party, Kerrie was a true star behind a very busy bar. She kept the drinks flowing all afternoon and did it all with a smile. Sherry was incredibly attentive to our group's every need, quickly and cheerfully fulfilling every request we had. And the food was outstanding! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the delicious dishes prepared by Al. The entire Fireside team truly went above and beyond to give Ryann a fantastic 21st birthday celebration. We're so grateful to everyone who helped make it such a memorable day!!“

“I would definitely recommend this Red Robin for any party occasion or just dining in. I’ve dined in at this restaurant many of times and each time the food was delicious and the service was awesome! This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. And my server Alyssa was on her game! Handling 40 guest with their different requests and doing everything a quick as she could and also was very attentive!!! Great job Alyssa! “Once was a good place. Went with my family and ordered a XL Pie, which the menu on the wall says “XL 18’ PIZZA 14.95”, I was wrung up on one register as $15.95, but when the waiter took my card, he charged me $26.00. When asked why so much he immediately said the price of the pizza was 19.95 and if I wanted, he could give me a menu. When I requested a menu, he then said he only has the old menu, still he didnt even give me that. When I asked why am i being charged $6 for 2 cans of coke, he then says the man (guessing the owner) told him to charge me for 3 cans (this is the same waiter that took our drinks order and brought us 2 cans). If you want to get swindled, go to this pizza joint. Trust me, I would much rather give my money to an honest family business… but this place just made me decide to stick with the big business conglomerates that are running little family owned places out of business. Sucks, but why steal from your customers? You take their money, break the trust and then you deal with the aftermath of it all. Another interesting fact: someone was coughing up a majestic storm in the kitchen, just pure unadulterated coughing and sneezing. Then theres this delivery guy just eating a slice of pizza at the entrance talking about women, as if there wasn’t a family trying to enjoy some time together. My wife felt uncomfortable, as she should have. Save your money. The flies and theft isn’t worth it. Sad, this was once a good place.“

“I just left there and the gentleman working the drive thru was not only considerate as I was having trouble with my Google wallet pay setup but was extremely empathetic to my situation. “Recently went there with a group of 8 guys. The bartender (Princess) Diana was phenomenal! She couldn't do enough for us. Extremely energetic, nice and accommodating. I really wanted mega fries but also mozzarella sticks, so I asked if it was possible to get the mozzarella sticks with the mega fry toppings, and it was AMAZING!!!! It definitely needs to be a new menu item. I also ordered a cheese steak. It was big enough to share, and STUFFED with meat. This is definitely going to be my new go to place! Highly recommend!“

We had Lilly making our blizzards and she was very patient while i wrestled with the app and helped me be able to get my birthday blizzard.Thanks Lilly!
