“Once was a good place. Went with my family and ordered a XL Pie, which the menu on the wall says “XL 18’ PIZZA 14.95”, I was wrung up on one register as $15.95, but when the waiter took my card, he charged me $26.00. When asked why so much he immediately said the price of the pizza was 19.95 and if I wanted, he could give me a menu. When I requested a menu, he then said he only has the old menu, still he didnt even give me that. When I asked why am i being charged $6 for 2 cans of coke, he then says the man (guessing the owner) told him to charge me for 3 cans (this is the same waiter that took our drinks order and brought us 2 cans). If you want to get swindled, go to this pizza joint. Trust me, I would much rather give my money to an honest family business… but this place just made me decide to stick with the big business conglomerates that are running little family owned places out of business. Sucks, but why steal from your customers? You take their money, break the trust and then you deal with the aftermath of it all. Another interesting fact: someone was coughing up a majestic storm in the kitchen, just pure unadulterated coughing and sneezing. Then theres this delivery guy just eating a slice of pizza at the entrance talking about women, as if there wasn’t a family trying to enjoy some time together. My wife felt uncomfortable, as she should have. Save your money. The flies and theft isn’t worth it. Sad, this was once a good place.“

“It was my first time trying the Wilkes-Barre location. I got the loaded fries with hot honey and a slider with normal hot sauce. Huge portions! Food was PHENOMENAL! The service was great and everybody was friendly/very accommodating. Highly recommend.“

“My daughter, son, and I went to the Willingboro location tonight for dinner. They just opened this lovation yesterday. It was amazing. I definitely recommend the Hangover burger. My daughter had the Mack Daddy burger. My son had the boneless wings. They both loved their choices. We will definitely be going back to try more items on their extensive menu. Ree, the owner is awesome. She’s very friendly and is a pleasant person to talk with. I wish her all the best at her new location. Darren, our server was just as awesome. “Saw a recommendation on Tik Tok and I am so glad I went to check it out! The food did NOT disappoint, and the staff was so friendly! I really wanted mega fries but also mozzarella sticks, so I asked if it was possible to get the mozzarella sticks with the mega fry toppings, and it was AMAZING!!!! Oh man.İf you happen to stop at this pilot you MUST get a triple cheese burger. I ordered it to go and I was busy I ate the burger 4 hrs later it was cold obviously but it was the most delicious burger I ever it. I say this and I ate it when its cold.I don’t know where they ate getting the meat but it is so delicious you immediately realize the taste of the meat. İt is different its just too good. And I can tell they use expensive cheese too. I can eat this every day no joke. Business owner and the cook you guys should be proud of yourselves. That’s exactly how you respect the people whom youn serve. I appreciate this food a lot because I am a truck driver.what we have to eat at truck stops is almost being disrespectful to us.I wish I can see this place in more pilot locations. “I would definitely recommend this Red Robin for any party occasion or just dining in. I’ve dined in at this restaurant many of times and each time the food was delicious and the service was awesome! This particular time I had my husband’s Surprise 30th birthday party held there and it turned out great! All of the staff made sure my event went perfectly. Donay (the assistant manager) helped me organize my party with them and made sure all of my requests were met. Megan (catering coordinator) she fulfilled my order to exactly what I wanted and the Red Robin made sure my gluten free buyers were made fresh to order for the guest I had that needed the accommodation. And my server Alyssa was on her game! Handling 40 guest with their different requests and doing everything a quick as she could and also was very attentive!!! Great job Alyssa! And thank you so much!! Thank you so much to everyone that made my husbands birthday special! And special thanks to Red Robin also for his birthday gift!! “This is the best place ever! I stumbled upon it when visiting and i thought the hot dog and the topping availability were artisanal and so yummy. Also, when entering the store a young boy greeted me so politely and on the other side was the loveliest little shop, curated with special pieces all made locally, candles, gifts, hats, bath products, etc. and another very sweet young lady working there. “I hadn't been to Applebee's in quite some time. This was the Southampton location. Had the Loaded Wave Potatoes (loaded is a bit of a stretch, could really use more cheese and bacon but still) they were delicious! Crisp on the outside tender inside. Also had the Grilled Cheese Cheese Burger. Very good. Cooked perfectly to my order of medium, hot & juicy. Servers and hostess were so very nice, smiling, welcoming. This Applebee's location really stepped up their game.“
