I was pleasantly surprised when I ordered a iced tea from McDonald's on Beverly Ron caucus Road. The person that was taking the order and collecting money had a nice smile on their face the second window the manager was serving the iced tea with ice so I apologize that I needed the iced tea with no ice I received a smile and he redid my order. Stopped in before a meeting nearby and was greeted by Marilyn who was very pleasant. Good was prepared promptly and hit the spot. Manager whom named I didn't catch wasaking things happen. As retired military I quickly saw that he's a great leader.

The young people there are not professional. They have attitudes like you owe them something or they hate they job. They mess up your order then get mad at you. The Spanish people that hardly speak English takes your order and gets it wrong just about every time. You have to keep repeating yourself screaming into the mic. It's a mess now. It's alot they need to change. I stopped eating there for alot of reasons. Food be cold drinks are watery. I mean it's alot more.
