“Me and my family were in town for a family funeral and I wanted some vegetarian options and this place came up. Not knowing anything about this place, I gave it a shot and I will say the cheesesteak and the salmon player were amazing. “Stopped in today for lunch and couldn’t be more impressed. The store is nice and bright, the menu is extensive, the team is so friendly and the food was fantastic and fresh (no pun intended). We had salads and wraps and all of it was freshly made to order, including the lettuce chopped in front of me. “I love the atmosphere here - cozy friendly mom and pop shop dishing out a simple menu. Everything's great. Very fun place to bring a friend or two or three and share.
The prices reflect the neighborhood (it's a little more expensive than say, West Philly), but I still come here for the atmosphere and warm service over others in town.

If you're coming alone, the entrees are enough for two meals!

“I’ve walked by this spot so many times, and it seemed every time I was hungry they were closed (closed on weekends) but today I finally stepped in. I ordered 2 bánh mìs and a Vietnamese coffee. Pete, the owner/operator of the spot was the only one there and we instantly jumped into great conversation about the music scene in Philly back in the late 90s. We ended up knowing a lot of the same people. Philly is a tight knit group. So even before eating the food I was already a fan of this spot. Pete served me his special take on Vietnamese coffee while we talked and he made the sandwiches. The iced coffee was excellent, but different and less sweet than Vietnamese coffee I’ve had in the past. He also used ice cubes made of coffee which was an added bonus for a coffee junkie like myself. After we talked for nearly 20 min, I walked home with my sandwich and WOW! Such a solid bánh mì! I told him to make it like he would make it for himself (spicy) and he knocked it out of the park. I’ll be back and I’ll be bringing all my music friends here when they are in the neighborhood. I highly encourage Olde City residents as well as Philly locals to give this place a try!“

She answered every question and responded to my emails promptly. I ordered the NEW YOU 1-day cleanse and the LOVE BUNDLE. Each juice was fresh and delicious! This was my first cleanse in over a year and much needed after months of poor eating choices. I breezed through the 1-day cleanse because they all were so tasty and actually kept me very full. I can say something I loved about each juice, but the KICK of the spicy Lemonade is YUMMY! And Cashew Lover is to die for! Felt like I was indulging in a vanilla milkshake!

“Hands down one of the best places to go for a fresh fruit smoothie! You can choose from a variety of fruit options, and a nice variety of other special add-ins such as peanut butter and chia seeds. I appreciate that you can choose from several different smoothie "bases," including a low calorie blend, plain almond milk, or orange juice for something simpler and more natural. The portion sizes are really big which is always nice, you can carry one of their big 32 ounce drinks around with you all day long! They also have fresh chopped fruit bowls as well. The location doesn't really have full seating, but there are some small nooks you can sit in while you wait for them to make your drink, and they are actually quite comfortable. It is right in the middle of everything in Center City too, easy to stop by before or after work or while running errands. Only thing I don't like is that it isn't QUITE 100% vegan, as there are some items on offer which include honey, but it is at least very obvious and very easy to avoid.“
