Ordered on DoorDash
I wanted to see what was the hype about so I ordered papa John’s brownie box
It had no seal! I feel like that should be mandatory! Because you don’t know if it was tampered with by the driver if you leave a tip or not, it doesn’t matter! people are sick in the head these day. For safety reasons please start putting stickers sealing the box or tape or something it’s better than nothing. I order pizza for my kids too not just for myself. SAFETY...read full review

Placed an online order for pickup. They ran out of one of the ingredients for our pizza and upon prepping the order, immediately called to let me know and offer a substitute. That never happens at a pizza chain and I’m so thrilled that they’re willing to go out of the way for a customer. Wish I could give 7 stars!
