“This is the first time I've ever experienced customer service this exceptional from a chain restaurant.
My friends and I recently ordered delivery, and unfortunately, the cheese was accidentally left off one of our sandwiches. I submitted a message through the website, and within less than 24 hours, not only did a staff member named Juan reach out to me, but the owner, Efrain, personally contacted me as well. He sincerely apologized and generously offered me a complimentary sandwich.
I took him up on the offer today, and once again, I was amazed by the level of care and hospitality. Efrain went above and beyond by having one of his team members, Henry, personally deliver the food.
I am genuinely shocked and incredibly grateful for the kindness and outstanding customer service that Efrain and his team have shown me and my friends. It's rare to encounter people who care this much about their customers, and it made a lasting impression.
I will absolutely continue supporting this location and recommending it to others. Thank you, Efrain, Juan, Henry, and the entire team for your generosity, professionalism, and genuine kindness. My friends and I truly appreciate everything you did for us.“

They "get it" when it comes to balanced flavor, variety of veggies and even the way they cut them with a special slicer was perfect. Truly Thai is now our go-to Thai food destination. I hope it doesn't change and they keep up this quality.“

“Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak from Pop's website on 8/25/25 and went to pick it up - it was ready and waiting :-) I've been to Pop's a few times and the food is always exceptional. This time I wanted to see if the man from Brooklyn (Steven, the owner) could whip up a Cheesesteak that could rival the top Philly steak shops. I've been to them all many times and I will say this - Steven not only met my expectations but exceeded them! He adds the cheese into the steak and mixes it in while on the grill. None of the Philly shops do this and it makes Pop's not only unique but, in my opinion, high quality steak, bread and done just right. Pop's is right there among the best! Highly recommended!!!“

“Super hip and modern pizza place that is really living with in this time frame! They stay in their lane and do all kinds of new trendy food that is all centered around Italian tastes! I had the viral chicken Caesar cutlet sandwich which is thin chicken cutlets, lettuce, stracciatella cheese all on their fresh made focaccia bread! If you like chicken cutlet sandwiches or Caesar salads you need to run not walk to DeeDee’s to try this. Their pizza is also really good, they have lots to choose from in the case and always have something unique you’ve probably never heard of. Staff were very friendly and happy to tell you about any menu item and provide you with suggestions! Definitely motor on over to DeeDee’s to try one of their unique, modern menu items or just to grab a slice!“

“When this place first opened up, the service was not good and honestly neither was their pizza. I have not been here for quite some time. Some co-workers invited me and for company's sake I joined them this past week. We decided to sit outside and we ordered an everything pizza. Although the pizza took quite a long time to make, it turned out to be very good and the veggies were crunchy and fresh! Very good pie! I will try it again in the very near future.“

“Tried this pizza place as we moved to Bridgewater lately and was quite amazed to see the options available here. It’s like a subway of pizzas. We ordered 3 pizza with all individual toppings choice. The crust is quite thin and tasty. We enjoyed the whole ambience and the sitting area is clean. They have outdoor seating also.
