“Service with a smile! I have finally found my new bagel shop! These are delish! They remind me of NYC bagels from decades ago! A little crispy on the outside with a super soft center! Nice and large size! We will be back and trying more off your menu! Yummy bagels…very happy to have found Mel’s!“

“truly one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever had. I had the big joe, eggplant, mozz, broccoli raab, roasted red peppers, and balsamic. It was absolutely delicious, you can tase the authenticity. The bread was really good too. Highly recommend this local gem.“
“I stop here for the Cajun fried chicken every time I am in town! It is really quite good chicken, and if you order ahead it’s typically ready by the time you request. I highly recommend getting the fried chicken. Otherwise, it’s a good spot to stop for connivence store/deli foods and the staff get the job done.“

“Found out this morning that they are under new ownership. Grabbed a coffee and a breakfast sandwich both of which were fresh, delicious and priced appropriately. Look forward to going back soon to try some lunch items and will update my review.“
