Got a cupcake and a pretzel for a friend for their birthday (came out to $6~, including a cute little Happy Birthday pick that fit in the cupcake single container), store was cute and clean, came in around 7:30 and the employees were generally nice, albeit they looked tired, and I hope they're not too busy! I get that though. The cupcake seemed a little cold but I assumed thats just how they're kept! Lot of flavors and budget friendly options :>.

I went to pickup half dozen cupcakes tonight at around 830pm. My wife and I wanted to celebrate a personal milestone, with some delicious cupcakes. However upon entering store we were sourly greeted by an employee mopping floors. She proceeded passed us to assist with order. She put gloves on to place cupcakes in the box but immediately started with this dry cough without covering mouth each selection of cupcake picked. My son and I cringed and were in to much shock to believe what was happening. Finally she let out this last cough with open mouth hitting the top of box. I was too upset to prevent my wife( who wasn't aware of situation) from completing purchase, because she was excited to buy for me. Well 17 dollars to just throw away. Super sad, I really wanted those cupcakes, but I don't want to get sick. So disappointed. Wasted money and time driving there. I wish I wasn't so much of introvert otherwise I would have spoke up and or left without purchasing.

Soooo, I had ordered a cake from a different place for my daughter's birthday, and it was supposed to be delivered. 20 minutes after delivery time (2 hours before party) ... no cake. Long story short I was in a jam and needed something QUICK. I looked and found House of Cupcakes on UberEats. Not only did they make 24 cupcakes to order, but they have a huge selection. They helped save the day and they were delicious. Thank you, House of Cupcakes.

A bakery of this size and “caliber” should know how to seamlessly bake and coordinate a gender reveal cake/cupcake with their customers. This is not the case. Something as simple as not blurting out the gender to the buyers is common sense, but common sense is not common here. Highly Disappointed in service.

My goodness - I ordered these cupcakes for my staff via DoorDash and every single one was amazing. Lucky me, I got to take the leftovers home! The salted caramel was the best frosting I have EVER had. The dulce de leches was to die for. Peanut butter cup was perfect. Even just the plain old birthday cake cupcakes were great. Truly excellent frosting to cake ratio. This will definitely be a regular stop for me moving forward. My dog also really enjoyed his pupcake!

Super cute store. Customer service was good. Now for rhe cupcakes themselves......Vanilla Sponge is DRY, all the same sponge no added flavor in any. frosting is super sweet and just a hint of the alleged flavor on some, but most is just sugar. The chocolate with the white frosting is the most moist one. The one on the bottom left supposed to be orange cicle....no orange flavor. They are super cute cupcakes but a huge miss on flavor. Sorry I would not recommend nor return. Side note, the bananna pudding was good for northern folks, people from the south would not enjoy it.
