I LOVE THIS PLACE!! Pounded yam with egusi is so delicious! Nice and spicy and great portions. I always come here the BEST egusi and pounded yam.

Im pretty sure he might remember me as the Amazon guy. But I discovered this place while doing doordash, and decided to come back and try it the following day. The one thing i like the most is this place is open to 12am basically 7 days a week. I got Egusi with pounded yams and assorted meats. Chicken, and fish, and it was perfectly spicy as hell 😮‍💨🤌🏾 I came around 10:30 and it was two men there and he greeted me and made my order. He was very nice and I even told him that my best friend is Yoruba and that he put me on to Egusi and I’ve been addicted since. I told him I wish i they had a bigger sign because my house is right around the corner and I’ve never noticed this place as much as I’ve drove past it. Also thanks for leaving the pomo out because I don’t have an acquired taste for it yet, unless I’m willing to trust someone again who makes it really good. Will definitely be back again to try the jollof and fried rice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Definitely one of the best amala and soup I have had in a foreign country. It was also a good portion size. There was a bit of miscommunication but overall good experience

I read the reviews and was a bit worried. Anyways decided to try it. Ordered the pounded yam and egusi which came with 3 pieces of meat. Food was really good. My only complaint is the meat. There should be more meat in there. I got 1 beef, 1 big shaki and 1 beef bone. Other than that all was good. Will try their jollof rice next time

I replied, “yes” and he asked what was the item but I’m looking around and don’t see a menu then I asked for one. He paused and said he could tell me the food items. Then a short barreled woman comes from back yelling “hello, what do you want?” I said, never mind and was walking to the door. He told her what I said and she sucked her teeth. I don’t care how good a person can cook, you won’t get my money with that attitude.

Fantastic African stop to pick stuff at reasonable prices. Delicious meal on short notice. With an average event centre to take care of your meeting needs, party!

The restaurant is neat and food is good! Had éfó riro & mixed meat with ébá.
