Lite and Soul Eatery catered my husband's 50th Birthday party this weekend for over 100 guests and the food was absolutely outstanding! Every dish was flavorful and prepared to perfection. The greens were seasoned just right, the mac and cheese was rich and creamy, and the macaroni salad was fresh and delicious. The fish and meatballs were truly top tier and had everyone going back for seconds.
It's clear that great care goes into the food and presentation....

I drove two and a half hours to New Jersey from upstate ny to try the food and when I tell you will not be disappointed the wait was a little long but it was well worth it 10/10 for I will be going back again soon

4hour wait the wait time is Overly going for real then on top of that 30 more minutes for the yams to get done then didnt want to compensate NOTHING for the extra WAIT time not even an apology but if u come here u will be waiting for a long time they definitely need help in the kitchen for real the vibes and energy was slow oh I forgot and we spent over 💯 dollars
