Unfortunately, this was our last time at Carpaccio. We had a reservation and were seated right away, but our server took his time coming to the table and had an attitude from the start. Even simple drink requests seemed to annoy him. We ordered our food, and 40 minutes later he finally came back to tell us they were out of the fish we ordered. Food was good ; service professional . But they had an office party inside the restaurant- someone's 35 th work anniversary and this created a very noisy and loud atmosphere- 30 adults screaming at the top of their voice !! Restaurant needed to respect boundaries of each guest . Have an office party for revenue but have that in an area in such a way other guests are not disturbed by party people ! This is common sense. This was the one only place at American Dream with available reservations before a World Cup game, so excited mediocre food....but the food was really good! My seafood salad had a large amount of seafood and perfectly cooked. Between mussels, shrimp, calamari, I expected something to be rubbery, but it was all tender and the salad was flavorful.
