The bartender/server was really cold and not welcoming, apparently she was having an argument with her bf on the phone, really unprofessional. We cement there because the IG was something that catches our attention, but in real life was too quiet, bad service, food and drinks was okay, and btw the Tip it was included, terrible take money for the tips after a bad experience. I paid $150 for 5 drinks and a side of French fries, you all do the math.
I love the ambiance and that it's possible to have a conversation without having to yell. Although the music did get louder during the course of the evening. The staff are friendly and my drink was strong. My friend's drinks were not as strong but after the third one he said it got a little better. The food was tasty. I'll be going back but will probably only have non alcoholic drinks and nibbles.
The worst most uninterested waitress in NYC. We literally left. Someone needs to remind the staff that they signed up to make a living in the SERVICE industry. NYC has plenty of charming spaces. Skip this one!
