Everything was perfect starting from the staff specially to Dennis of front desk who was very accommodating and gave us an exemplary customer service experience. Room was spacious and clean. Hope they continue to maintain the cleanliness. good job and more power!
Service was great, view amazing and good prices. We ate dinner at the ivy - right next to the penthouse and it was great!!
The bartender/server was really cold and not welcoming, apparently she was having an argument with her bf on the phone, really unprofessional. We cement there because the IG was something that catches our attention, but in real life was too quiet, bad service, food and drinks was okay, and btw the Tip it was included, terrible take money for the tips after a bad experience. I paid $150 for 5 drinks and a side of French fries, you all do the math.
