I had the pleasure of being served by Tim R, the manager at Fridays, and he made my experience exceptional. Tim is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about both the customers and his team. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect, checking in regularly and handling every interaction with a positive attitude.
