The lady helping me take my order was very kind but there was a problem with a coupon I had and she asked I’m guessing the manager Maria for help & she was EXTREMELY rude. Then decided to walk off talking crap to the other coworkers in SPANISH not realizing that I spoke Spanish & felt embarrassed. She should not be a manager … please hire someone who has patience and is KIND. PAYING customers don’t deserve that horrible customer service or someone who talks shit...read full review

Wendy's offers consistently hot, fresh, and tasty food, with great service and a spotless environment. The dining area is clean and well-maintained, featuring a beautiful atmosphere with al fresco dining available. There is also a drive-thru and restrooms for convenience. The cashiers are kind and friendly, with employees like Donna making a strong impression by remembering regular customers and their orders. Management, including Del, is professional and quick to remedy any mistakes, ensuring that every order is handled with care.
Customers enjoy classic comfort food like baked potatoes and chili, with many appreciating the nostalgia of their meals. The chili is praised for its taste but noted to be a bit more watery than in the past. While the Frosty experience can vary, when done right, it delivers delicious berry flavor. Overall, this Wendy's location stands out as a welcoming place with a strong commitment to customer service and a clean environment, making it much better than others nearby.
