I work at a luxury car dealership in the area. My team frequents this location and when I turned around to respond to his “ what the hell is this?” I see a burrito that he ordered HALF THE SIZE of the normal order. I mean HALFFFFF THEEEE SIZEEEE!!!
How do you guys have the audacity to charge full price for a burrito half the size of the norm. It was ordered and delivered so there was no way for him to react in the moment. We are extremely busy and have no time to fix errors....read full review
The workers (they were very nice despite being frustrated themselves) tried to fulfill my order however they ran out of a majority of ingredients and were unable to refund or offer to cancel my order. In addition they close at 5PM not 7:30 on Sundays yet the website/app continues to allow you to place and pay for orders.
