“Happy Lamb is always one of my go-to hotpot places when I’m in Edison. The service is usually fast and the staff has always been helpful and pleasant. If you happen to come by one a busy night there can be a long wait time, this is normal for any restaurant and despite the wait time, once you’re seated things move fast and food is brought out in an appropriate amount of time. My only point of criticism would be that if your table orders too many plates of sliced meat at once you may not receive some of the orders. Not a big deal as you can always order more at no additional cost as it’s AYCE.“

“I have been going here 25+ years. Always the same reliable staff who serve the most delicious and healthy Mongolian BBQ that I have ever experienced. This time I brought my 16 year old son and he absolutely loved it and he already wants to go back. These owners and staff give the best customer attention and service at such a reasonable price for all you get. I highly recommend this restaurant.“
