Come on, Papa John’s! This is something we never expected from you. The way our order was handled honestly made us wonder if we were being scammed.
I usually don’t like writing negative reviews, but this was such a horrible and disappointing experience that I felt I had to share it.

This location is extremely unpredictable. We order from here regularly and have found that within the last few months the pizza is rarely ready within the expected window, although the app has it marked as “ready”. The pizza has been good at times, but more than once we have received food that looks like it was made and just reheated. It would be great to be able to rely on a consistent experience, the standards definitely need to be raised!
