“Since I cannot cook right now, my Chef friend Amy Phillips Manzione from Stir It Up in Northfield has been providing our meals. She changes her menus weekly and the food is delicious. From Citrus Salmon to sweet potato burgers, lentil loaf, beef gyro, eggplant dishes, turkey burgers and chicken spinach meatballs-the entrees are delicious, healthy and a lot of gf and vegan items, which is rare in this area. Her side offerings are amazing-sweet potato wedges, blue cheese slaw, jicama citrus salad, aloo potatoes and blueberry protein bars. The desserts are perfection, from the mini key lime pies(mom’s favorite) to the peanut butter cookies, which are so good I only order one at a time…. She also does special holiday menus So, if you are in the area, or driving through on your way to the beach, stop in and pick up a great meal! And I need to tell you how we met…. Just a few months into the pandemic, I had a 3 day gig in AC. After the first night. I was feeling awful enough to go to the ER. I didn’t expect to be kept overnight for testing. I didn’t know Amy, I had only been in her shop once. I decided to call to randomly see if she could cover my gig-explaining the situation. She accepted without hesitation and then would not let me pay her for jumping in. I was blown away. Because, who does that? She didn’t know anything about me. So, in addition to her talent as a Chef, she is an incredible human 💕💕“

“We had a reservation for 7:15 on Valentine’s Day, arrived and checked in around 7:10, the hostess was so friendly and calm considering how packed the little vestibule area was, she said there was a little wait but we were still seated by 7:25, which was perfect. Our waitress, Kimmie was amazing! Obviously it was a very very busy night, kitchen was a little backed up, and they were out of most steaks but we were just enjoying our time together. Kimmie made sure we had a drink or food in front of us the entire time and checked in often. The bussers did a great job making rounds and clearing dishes within minutes of us being finished. We had a great experience and will be back to dine here again.“

“Came by here two days in a row and the food was exceptional each time. Had the bacon cheeseburger and wife had the beer battered fish and chips. She loved it and my burger was cooked perfectly. Kaitlyn was our server and was very attentive and oh so nice. She answered questions we had and was very efficient. “Went for an early dinner with friends. We were greeted and seated quickly, had a tough time deciding from all the yummy possibilities. One of our party had the tuna wrap, one had the falafel salad, one had grilled cheese, and I had “The Stu”. We were all very pleased with our choices and the service. We will definitely be back again!“

“I like it here but the bass on the stereo is so high, the bar and my barstool vibrate. It's very annoying. I asked the bartender to turn it down she said the owner has it locked up in another room. I suggest you turn it down“

“When I decided to go there it didn't have much expectations. I just saw it on Google maps and wanted to check it out.
They offer a variety of authentic German beer. The food is mostly more German inspired than authentic, but the Bavarian Pretzel is actually very authentic.
The staff is super nice. I recommend checking the place out if you're ever in the area“

“I liked the fries which were gluten and dairy free. The location was crowded by seagulls who are only worthy of extermination. This ruines the atmosphere of the place. They were quick and helpful though.

Parking: So its on a boardwalk and parking on the boardwalk is illegal

Kid-friendliness: The seagulls would eat your kids if they were small enough

Wheelchair accessibility: There is ramps onto the boardwalk but i would not advice they come here as they will not be able to out run the seagull“

“We were there yesterday (Friday 28th)….,,, game day of course it was busy that’s expected .,,. Put our name on the list for a seat weighted and watch the game of course for three hours to find out our name was taken off the list somehow….. we are not a complaining type. I understand it’s game day things happen. It gets crazy completely understandable. Still had a fun time watching the game. !!!!! …….. but I like shout out a big thank you to Mike one of the managers there forgetting us a table and being so kind to us….. Good bar food, cocktails, and ice cold 40oz fresh bottled beer in a ice bucket with a frozen glass at an amazing price. Short walk to the Havana Tower and Parking Garage....perfect for us when we just want to kick back and have fun in a sports bar setting. Located on 2nd floor in The Quarter above Carmines. Highly Recommend this Bar!“
