I’ve never had a problem before but today my pizza was delivered to Oxford Village Cond. by mistake. Someone there called and asked if I had ordered a pizza and what kind it was. When I asked if they were calling from Papa John’s, I didn’t get an answer. I was just told, “The lady will bring it to you.”
The pizza arrived, but the driver didn’t explain what had happened. I only figured it out after I’d eaten some. I would’ve appreciated...read full review

Hey there !! So I just want to share about how amazing the manager of the egg harbor township branch is ! He is currently training new staff and someone messed up my order unfortunately. But I understand things happen ! When I called the manager he was nothing but kind and extremely helpful ! He even went out of his to drop off a new pizza to my house even though he did not have to . Papa Johns Pizza offers great deals on pizza at affordable prices. The complimentary garlic dip is a bonus. While not a dine-in location, their pizzas are delicious, with the stuffed crust pizza being a standout. The pizza maker does an excellent job, and their pizzas have been praised for being the best. Customers appreciate the reasonable prices and the tasty garlic dip that comes free with orders. However, some have experienced difficulties with the app, finding it hard to place orders or access offers, often needing to visit the store in person to resolve issues. There have also been complaints about the Papa bowls, with some feeling the price is too high for the amount of toppings. Additionally, occasionally the cheese is browned or the bottom of the pizza is burned. Overall, Papa Johns is a good choice for those craving pizza and looking for deals, despite some technical and pricing concerns.
