“Fast Service & Fresh Donuts, But Could Use a Quick Tidy-Up
Stopped by for a quick treat and was really happy with the service — fast, friendly, and efficient, just how it should be! I ordered a mango refresher and it was delicious — super refreshing and clearly made with care. I also grabbed a donut, which was fresh and tasty. They have a great variety to choose from, so there’s something for everyone. Coffee lovers, you’re covered too!
The only downside was the cleanliness inside. A few tables still had wrappers and receipts on them, and with the number of staff working, I expected the dining area to be a bit more maintained. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something that could improve the overall experience.
Still, I’d come back for the service and the sweets!“
“Was really surprised at how nice were both the staff who worked here as well as the patrons. Asked for a little more cream in my coffee and was abliged merrily. I would normally get a scough or a roll of the eyes, but not here. A very pleasant experience.“

1st red flag - your staff doesn't understand how Dunkin points work and caused me to lose 500 points and didn't try to rectify the situation!
#2 an iced latte is made with ESPRESSO not regular decaf coffee. Retraining is needed
When I make the choice to spend the money I work extremely hard for to purchase my guilty pleasure (an iced latte) I EXPECT the person making it to know exactly how it is supposed to be made so there is no need for me to turn around and ask for the coffee to be remade ONLY TO HAVE IT TASTE EXACTLY THE SAME!

“Normally it's not too busy when I come to this location. I got two large iced lattes, a bagel with cream cheese, and a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant. The gentleman who rang us up was distracted by a separate situation that was occuring. We got charged for only one bagel because he was distracted, he was told two bagels.“
“I was in the neighborhood so I decided stop by and grab some coffee this morning. The associates were friendly and professional. They took my order in and give me exactly what I requested in a timelymanner. I ended up buying extra stuffs because of this amazing experience.

“I'm there Monday thru Friday every morning around 5am. Crystal and Anthony are absolutely the best and nicest workers I've ever met. There is always a line in the drive thru but it goes quick because of these two. It's nice to be greeted with a smile and hello at 5am. Thank you Crystal and Anthony you guys are the BEST, and Dunkin owners you should be thanking them too, you have 2 nice and great workers doing a outstanding job for you!!“
“My last two visits here were first thing in the morning, just after 6 AM. I order on the mobile app about 5 minutes before I arrive, and the food is ready just when or slightly after I get there. The food and coffee has always been up to standard, and the service has always been quick.“

Anyways, I absolutely Love this Dunkin in particular because of the service!!! This is the only Dunkin that I've patronized that you can actually appreciate the sincerity in their disappointment when they don't have an item you ordered or want! Their customer service is top tier and the quality or care that they put in the accuracy of your order is unmatched. Presentation is important and they follow through every time!“

Miss the muffins being made fresh! Because the bakery products are delivered frozen, they get one star less for food!“
