The other day, I went to Moes and had wonderful customer service. I was attended by a staff member by the name of Ivette. She was sweet and empathic and helped me order while I was with my autistic son and she was very kind to him and gave him a big smile even though he was screaming. That is rare nowadays. In the midst of a busy mall it’s hard for any restaurant to run accordingly, especially where you’re creating your own bowl at the counter. The food was excellent and the staff were even better. Specifically want to shout out Jesus for making our day here! This man leads with a kind smile and warm welcome with every customer! Moe’s is so lucky to have Jesus! Will definitely be coming back!
I was at the mall shopping, and since there weren’t many restaurant options, I decided to grab a meal here. Unfortunately, the portions especially the meat were small and lacked flavor. The customer service was also disappointing, and considering the price, I’d much rather go to Chipotle.
