The other day, I went to Moes and had wonderful customer service. I was attended by a staff member by the name of Ivette. She was sweet and empathic and helped me order while I was with my autistic son and she was very kind to him and gave him a big smile even though he was screaming. That is rare nowadays. This would be my first time what burrito with salsa please
Staff member was very helpful and nice. However, it’s kind of crazy when the sign says “get sauced, no cost.” yeah when I got more than one sauce I was told since I also got sauce on my burrito that they were going to charge me extra for it. I have never been to a Mose that charges you extra for sauce. Most of them have it so you can serve yourself. I don’t know if it’s just this location specifically but that’s crazy if they are charging extra for it now.
