“The other day, I went to Moes and had wonderful customer service. I was attended by a staff member by the name of Ivette. She was sweet and empathic and helped me order while I was with my autistic son and she was very kind to him and gave him a big smile even though he was screaming. That is rare nowadays. She was very patient and gently kindly explained to my son the sauce options which the other servers don’t do. My experience with her was refreshing as most service workers treat me and my son with no patience or empathy and we get bad looks all day.“

“Always delicious, always delectable! Every dish I've ever had, which is most of the dinner selections & many for lunch, is absolutely mouth watering. Generous portions of great food for a very reasonable price- what more can you ask for? You can get take out or stay in, where the music always sets the mood for Tex-Mex food. The owner is head chef & really knows how to whip up a satisfying & filling meal. I'm so fortunate this wonderful restaurant is close enough to be a regular!“

“I have been a customer since opening day way back when. Today, I was a bit disappointed. Jose's rice was extremely salty. 2 of us could not eat it. I am disappointed in the nachos. You used to have fabulous flour tortilla chips. Not any more. They are corn. Overdone. Not a fan. Tortillas were great, especially the duo of skirt steak and chicken. Go back to the old flour tortilla nachos!“

“Takeout can be hit or miss, but Tejanos Taqueria in Huguenot knocked it out of the park from start to finish.

The guacamole and chips were fresh and delicious, with just the right hint of lime that really made the flavors pop. The Mexican street corn was a standout and an instant hit with my family. We also tried the steak and cheese quesadilla, which was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The chicken bowl was equally satisfying and rounded out a solid meal.

Even though we've only experienced Tejanos through takeout so far, the food left a great impression. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and generous portions made for an enjoyable dinner. We’re already looking forward to visiting in person for our next meal.“

“Wow!!! What can’t I not say about this place , the decor was incredible you can see that the place has history. I felt like going back home and changing my out for this place is amazing ! The service was Superb, we didn’t have to ask our waiter or waitress for anything we were constantly attended to . The food was great and the portions are are great. I went with my fiancé and daughter so I always order family style , so we had a little of everything . I know it’s cold out but I love a good frozen margarita and it was perfect . Also at the end Jolie , the owner/daughter of the owner also , offered us some free shots of RED CADILLAC TEQUILA , that’s made from them by them . It was very soothing . We’re actually gonna go back in a date night for the live music . Can’t wait !“

“Last night I took my wife and three children here for a bite to eat. We were greeted upon entering which is always nice to be acknowledged as a patron. The two men behind the counter were preparing orders already but they were quick. We were ordering withing two minutes. Christian and Rafael were their names. They were so attentive and efficient we had our food within minutes. We sat down and started eating and the food was out of this world. Then they brought out churros on the house that the kids loved. They were so kind. You don't see that a lot anymore. Especially in fast food places. The place was spotless. Very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Quesadilla, tacos or burritos. And the prices are very good!!! Thank you Christian and Rafael for the wonderful experience.“

“The phone order can be overwhelming and the rudeness isn’t intentional as the language barrier can be overwhelming but their food and kitchen is clean. Price effective for the town area. The food is fresh and seasoned. Plenty meal options to choose from as well.“

“The food and service was amazing. However, the balancer outside is the worst person I ever met in my entire life of living. He claims me and my friends are under age because we are laughing while he is checking our ID because he is inspecting it for 10 minutes straight, which he did not do to anybody else. He was going to refuse to let us in until I threatened to call the police because at that point it is discrimination because I’m giving you all of our valid IDs, including military ID. I hope he chokes“
