“Popped over with my 8-year-old that “needed” a hot dog. Adorable historic spot … we were incredibly impressed with the fresh buns and the very very hot spicy chili that did not disappoint. Staff was fantastic and the line was out the door, but they knew exactly how to hustle people through. Understand why this is included on the New Jersey hotdog Trail and people need to go here!!!“

“When my brothers were kids, they would stop to eat at Hiram"s on their way back from Palisade's Amusement Park. My mom would always ask why. My brothers replied, "the food is better at Hiram's! When I worked for Thomas J. Lipton in Englewood Cliffs, my co-workers and I went to Hiram's for lunch often. I plan on going very soon! I so love Hiram's for the food and it's longevity.“

“I went to this spot about 2 weeks ago and all I can say is it’s amazing! From the crunch and snap of the links to the buttery bun and delicious toppings and their fries are amazing! The prices are a little high for a hotdog but it’s worth it! Perfect spot for a cheat day lol“

“Is it the food? Is it the time you pay a visit (prob between 11:30pm-1:00am)? Is it the service? I suggest it is all of these combined that create an atmosphere so thick with melatonin that you can't help but feel like you just woke up after getting home, believing kosher heaven was a dream.
But it never was.
It's reality. And it's good.“

“My buddy talked highly of this place so I gave it a shot. In less than a month I've made the trip 3 times and can't wait foe the next. The owner and his wife are fantastic, welcoming, and super into thier craft. I say craft because these aren't generic combinations, theyre thought out combinations and flavors that work perfectly in whatever way you like. It's my favorite hot dog spot I've ever visited. I can't wait to go again!“

“EXTRA! EXTRA! READ ALL ABOUT IT!!!
Holy Schlitz! This is the best pastrami I've ever tasted including Katz's, Carnegie Deli (70s-90s), & Harold's of Raritan (80s-2010s)! If you've not gone, GO!!! I won't steer you wrong. It's tender, juicy, fresh, and has so much flavor! It's the Kobe of Pastrami! Sorry, didn't try the corn beef or knish but maybe next time. I got the $15.95 sandwich plus one Lb of pastrami $26.95. Tax is 6.625%. I paid cash but they do take cc. Just GO!“

“This place is so good! I’m more of tender / sandwich person so can’t speak to the wings but I got dinner there one night and came back soon after… definitely adding to my rotation. I think it’s made fresh to order because takes a bit of time to prep - the quality is very good and chicken is super tasty.“

“This place is just amazing! There were 5 of us and we all ordered something different. Everything we got was delicious- we all tried each other's dishes. There's a little bit of everything to satisfy even the pickiest eater. I would just drive her (over a 2 hour drive for me) just to come eat here. I need this place closer to home, lol.“

“It may seem unassuming on the outside, but BOOM BURGER packs a tasty lunch. Reasonably priced and freshly made, the deluxe cheeseburger was tasty and the grilled chicken was juicy and something to write home about. The staff was courteous and attentive. Stop by for a quick bite! You won't regret it“

“I had a cheeseburger from Wayback Burgers in Little Ferry years ago and remembered it tasting very good, so I couldn't wait until this new location opened up near where I live.
Went to the new location in Emerson on opening day with my mom and my brother and ordered a Cajun double burger, Classic Single, fries, tots and cheese curds.
The price of the food was reasonable, the atmosphere was comfortable inside, and to note there are tables with umbrellas outside of the building to dine outdoors.
Parking area has many spaces available behind/next to the restaurant.
The double Cajun burger tasted very good as it was freshly cooked, the tater tots were what you'd expect them to taste like, cheese curds were new to me so they tasted similar to mozzarella sticks without marinara, and the fries were decent.
One of the unique things I saw on their menu was a Cinnamon Toast Crunch flavored shake, sounds interesting and I must try that on my next visit.
They also offer pizza as well.
And they also offer a rewards program but I haven't looked into the details of it yet.
Definitely will be frequenting this establishment in the future.“
