“Today I hosted an event "Operation Cheer Up the Old Folks' where Wayne moms decorated their cars to drive by an assisted living center, where three residents have been unable to see anyone because of Covid-19 The Pretzel Factory helped me by individually wrapping 55 pretzels to ensure their safety so I could give them a treat- I buy for my parents and their friends many times- and the staff is always eager to help. Without their generosity and supplying the wrappers for me at no additional charge I was able to spread alot of cheer“

“Hot dogs are boiled Sabretts. They were tasty and not overboiled. Got two "all the way" but their version is different from the traditional Texas Weiner style. Theirs has Sabrett onions, mustard and plain chili. Still good in its own way. They have a variety of other toppings too.“
“10/10 will absolutely be coming back to this location. My boyfriend and I both ordered burgers and split a Cajun fry, the burgers were juicy and flavorful and the fries were crispy and seasoned great. The staff was fantastic and super helpful. This is also BY FAR the cleanest Five Guys I have ever been in and they were constantly walking around tidying up the floor, tables and counter tops. If you're ever over by the willowbrook mall and are craving a burger definitely stop in this location!“
“Nathan's Famous is a metropolitan area tradition for hot dogs. Here at Willowbrook Mall Food Court, Nathan's is paired up with one of the last remaining Arthur Treachers for a couple of iconic taste sensations. This Nathan's has the same tastes as the original Brooklyn one, almost. The dogs lack the bite of Brooklyn's, and the fries are not quite as crispy as Brooklyn's. It's still good, but not quite as it should be.Vegetarian options: Fries and basically that's it.Kid-friendliness: Great service and friendly too.Parking: Thousands of spacesWheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant rampsDietary restrictions: Calorie counters are posted“
“The service, food, and atmosphere were all amazing! I was a little hesitant at first to try a Korean Corn Dog coated in sugar, but it was actually pretty good! My little sister forgot her bubble tea (really good by the way) where we were sitting and one of the staff brought it out to us as we were leaving. Overall it was a wonderful and delightful experience and I highly recommend this place!“
“I've never wrote before the gentleman (boy in yellow shoes) in the store told me it will help the business and to write my honest opinion. First of all the food was amazing, I ask the young man what dish I should get. He recommended the The Big Kahuna which included pineapple and peppers which I'm a big fan of!!!! Never thought pineapple will do good on a hot dog sausage. Overall everything was amazing. A big shout out to the gentleman. Even tho it was busy , he managed to get my order on time and fresh. The big score was the boy asking me how my day was, a single conversation can go a long way for a business. I hope next time I come he does my order cause it was amazing!!!!“
“There's so many amazing things to say about this place right off the bat! The first thing I'm going to say is the atmosphere you walk in and you feel the family and friendly love. The second thing you see is the creativity in the food and the smell just coming from the kitchen. I got to say the food is amazing. The customer service is terrific. The creativity in the food. The design setup in the building I mean all around five star!“
“To get the best experience ask for your hotdogs well done. The front stand is as bare bones as you can get. No seating, just a center counter and window counters. The inside bar is a time machine into the past. You feel like you went back in time to the 30's or 40's, but the atmosphere is friendly and same great food.“
“The guy who owns this place and is the sole worker is an awesome dude; he is SO kind and makes a WICKED breakfast sandwich!!! For 5.50, you can get a sausage, egg, and cheese on a roll -- and this is no normal skimpy breakfast sandwich you get elsewhere! He uses 2 eggs and believe it or not, 2 large sausage patties on a hard roll. It's absolutely delicious, filling to the max, and modestly priced!! The gentleman has such old school kindness and manners, that when you put your card into his credit card terminal, when it prompts for the pin number he holds the terminal out while looking down and away like an absolute gentleman!! Really nice guy, rabsolutely AWESOME food! Have had breakfast sandwiches, hotdogs, as well as cheese steak and cheese fries. All are comparably freaking awesome! You can't go wrong at this place! I'd give it 10 stars if I could! It's THAT GOOD!! Try the sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich!! You're welcome!!“
