Absolutely awful experience. I came today with a family friend and our kids, and the owner made the entire visit uncomfortable and unpleasant from start to finish.My friend was feeding her one year old baby a banana when the owner approached and told her she was not allowed to feed her own baby. This is after she had already spent $70 for three kids and purchased plenty of snacks and juice boxes directly from the establishment for her other children. DON'T bother going there. The ownership are ripping you off by charging you per hour admissions. Having to bring 2 kids in for 2.5 hours playing you'll be charged $65! Go to Kids Empire instead!
Don't bother going here if your children have severe food allergies. They are not accomdating at all. For a place that is catering to children, you'd thing they'd know that you can't entirely control when a child is going to be hungry and need to eat. They refused to let me bring in safe food to eat for a child with life threatening allergies.
