Placed an order yesterday for pickup today at 1pm for my son’s birthday party, showed up 1:30 to pick it up. The ladies at the front desk have no idea and the manager, Surge comes out looking at me like I have three heads “no idea”. No apology or solution, just a stupid look on his face, I expect high school kids to have no idea, but a not manager. Just terrible, managers needs some training.
Not happy about this location anymore.
Hostess sat us in a dark location. Needed to use flashlight to read menu.
The table was so sticky. It had not been cleaned.
The waitress was great.
The food was overpriced.
$15.00 for 6 fried shrimp meal and that’s it, no sides. You should only charge $8.00.
Husband was disappointed in his chicken sandwich also. Why white onions, instead of red onions?
We agreed, that we won’t be back.
There was hair in the sauce that went along with my crab fries.
