“I had dinner with my wife on Friday night. We live 2 blocks away. Normally we stop in to a have few drinks and get some apps, which are always good. Last night I tried some of the dinner choices. I couldn’t decide so I got the Seafood Gumbo which was outstanding. Then I got the Southern Fried CatFish with the mustard sauce, which was amazing. They were both big portions, (I didn’t finish either, although I tried, haha). My wife had buffalo cauliflower and dry Cajun wings which were both really good. The food is a hidden gem that we have in Palmyra, the prices are good and the service is always great. We had the young guy with hat and he was awesome. The bartenders even jump out to make sure the tables are ok. The acoustic guy playing was just right also. I know the owners have worked hard to keep 5 West going the last few years. Keep up the Great work!!“

“We did a Sunday Funday at cake and kitchen. The food, service, and atmosphere for all perfect. Our waiter whose name was Colin was excellent. We highly recommend this location for cool drinks and a great menu.“

“We weren't fans of the Chicken Pot Pie bread bowl. It was ok. It tasted like it came out of a soup can and dumped in the bread bowl, not fresh made.
The crab dip appetizer was ok, but it was too salty. The accompanying garlic bread was good.
The pork roll and cheese sandwich was very good. There was plenty of meat and the right amount of cheese. We're not fans of the brioche bread, but it was ok. We had asked, when we ordered, if we could get it on a kaiser roll, but I guess they didn't have that option.
The tots were good.
My wife really liked the Egg Nog Martini; it had plenty of alcohol.“

Before I even noticed it was lost, The owner and his daughter drove to my house and brought it to me in the morning without a dollar missing and refused a reward. Please give this place a shot! All of their food is amazing. You will not be disappointed!!“

“This the definition of a dive bar. I went there after my 21st birthday and the beer was very cheap two dollars for a Coors light on tap. The bartender woman was super friendly and very helpful. The only thing I don't like is that they allow smoking inside which is great if your a smoker or don't mind the smell and smoke of tobacco in the air. I can't stand having someone two seats away from me smoking his cigarette or cigars or whatever type of tobacco they are smoking and having to breathe in all that tobacco smoke that is in the air while drinking my beer is very unpleasant for me. I honestly like drinking my beers at home. I definitely do have a crush on the bartender. I honestly might just go back to enjoy a cheap beer and talk with the bartender again.“

“Giumarello’s Restaurant was delicious! The martinis were great. Appetizers: crab stack with mango salsa and avocado or saffron mussels with shrimp, Yumo! Entrees: Miso glazed sea bass or filet with stuffed lobster tail both Devine! Dessert: Chocolate heaven flourless cake and salted carmel creme brulee were heavenly 😋 Our waiter Griffin was wonderful and very knowledgeable, especially since we needed gluten free options. Highly recommend and will be going back!!“

They had everything organized & prepped with bowling balls/ramps set up for the littles, balloons and decor in the party room & additional lanes for the adults. The only thing we had to bring was cake/cupcakes for the kids! The staff was so kind from the booking process to day of, and the food is awesome - WAY more options for the adults/kids than your average bowling alley pizza. When comparing locations to plan the party, their prices were comparable to other bowling alleys in the area, so it was a no brainer. A more upscale space, better food, and WAY less chaotic. My daughter was thrilled, the kids had a blast and we can’t recommend them enough!“

Shout outs to Prima, the party planner and Frank, the server. My guests were very impressed with the atmosphere, menu selection options, and attentive service!! “We will very much miss this restaurant when the entire chain closes at the beginning of April. My wife and I, as well as our friends, have enjoyed the food since the Cherry Hill restaurant first opened so many years ago. Closing the chain doesn't make sense. This place is always popular, especially at dinner time and new menu items are introduced each season. Caribbean themed restaurants are not plentiful, unlike the dozens of steak house and sports bar restaurants in the Darden's (the parent company) restaurant portfolio. I would love to reach out and shake some sense into the idiot that made the decision to close the chain, because clearly this person has no sense and or even cares. Our condolences to all the serving, cooking, and back of house staff. Good luck in your future endeavors and thanks for your years of service and great food.“
