“I recommend that your Managers learn Customer Service etiquette. My daughter & I purchased dinner last night(9/7/12) early evening. First, the young lady taking the order mentioned salt is not put on the fries when My daughter requested “no salt”(We know better than this, we are frequent customers). After waiting for our order I realized the “girl” (I think she is a manager)preparing the fries sprinkled salt on the fries so I mentioned it to my daughter so approached “the girl” to let her no salt was not ordered for the fries and she rolled her eyes as though it was my daughter’s fault that she put salt on our fries. “The girl” made more fries but when she called our order number (33) she slammed the bag down and slid the bag toward my daughter with “attitude on her face” I reacted by saying “did she just slam down the bag and slide it across the counter”? I did not make a scene because I didn’t want to embarrass her. I spent $24 for food and I did nothing to deserve her “nasty attitude” what she needs to do is train her employees properly and learn what Customer Service means. I will make a call to the Owner“

“Food was great but the customer service was tremendously satisfying. The cashier on the front counter he was amazing. Had I got his name I would have mention it here. It was extremely busy but he remained calm and displayed a level of customer service rarely seen at fast food restaurants.keep doing a great job buddy.“

“Really good lamb over rice, one of the better ones in the area. Friendly, hard-working staff. The first time I went, it was very close to closing and I had not ordered ahead. They easily could have grumbled about it, as it was a Friday and I am sure they wanted to clean up and go home, and they still could not have been friendlier or more accomodating. Will definitely return.“
