“I went here for the first time last week and will definitely be back. The owner was so kind and welcoming. He is extremely knowledgeable in Chinese medicine and the herbs he sells at his store. He took the time out to explain each herbal supplement and recommend the best ones according to what I shared with him. He took his time to show me which pressure points in the body help ease symptoms and the meaning behind it. I got the kidney complex tincture and b vitamins and both have been great additions to my supplement routine. I also got a few food items which were all great!“

I had been wanting to try seamoss for the longest time, and when I was feeling under the weather, just ahead of my birthday earlier this year, I said, let me find a local place to support. Cape May, West Caldwell, Denville, Rutherford, Sparta- but Westwood Playa is THE BEST! Always super friendly, professional, courteous, hard work ethic. “Family owned. The owner (I believe that’s who served me) is such a nice guy. I got the immunity juice and chicken Cesar wrap and both were fresh and delicious. I ate all of it up! Juice was a big quantity! I saved some for the next day and it was still great. Highly recommend this place. I called for pick up and it was ready in time. Fast service. Sweet man. No pressure to tip, so naturally I did leave a tip. I love supporting small businesses. Go try it. You won’t regret it.“

I take them home and find they work and then don't return until the issue returns :) I need to go constantly and maintain overall health, not just when issues flare!“

“I recently visited Muscle Maker Grill in Lodi, NJ, and had the Steak Wrap — it was fantastic! The wrap was filled with perfectly grilled steak, fresh veggies, and a delicious sauce that really brought everything together. The steak was tender and flavorful, and it made for a satisfying, healthy meal without feeling too heavy.
What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The manager, a young lady, was incredibly helpful and super friendly. She went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience, which definitely added to the overall positive vibe of the place.

“I always loved this store, but now even more so, since they added a vegetarian chef! Her black bean burger with homemade guacamole was INCREDIBLE!!!! “I've done meal plans for years, I've tried almost every major recognizable meal plan service. Paid nearly $100/week for 4-5 meals everywhere, and quality to price ratio, maybe 7/10. The 5-meal plan from MMG here in Clifton (have ordered for over 6mos), the quality is consistent, the options are fantastic, and the taste is so good, makes you think you're having a cheat meal. Oh and you are paying under $10/meal. Kinda can't be beat. Nowhere is perfect, can't speak to the other negative reviews, but this place has my commit and hard recommendation.“
