always fresh made ,never burn coffee
I've given this location SEVERAL chances thinking it will get better after the manager swore he was hiring all new people in the fall. This morning, 6 cars in front of me at the drive thru - (make it 5, one left after waiting 10 mins), I waited 17 minutes for 3 coffees. Received one large and it was only half full. So frustrating...I usually go to the DD near my office and am in and out in minutes and very satisfied with no complaints. They have the nerve to ask for tips? My tip...read full review
The customer service was very good and the young lady that waited on us was very pleasant.
