“Today I had a horrible customer experience with Subahan I understand he is young but a piece of advice no matter the personal situation you must always have respect for the customer, out of respect I will not speak on the experience in detail. But instead I will choose to highlight the positive way the experience ended.

The manager Ali was indeed very professional, assertive and swift at defusing the situation before it could escalate not only did he diffuse the matter he was even polite when I came back. The burgers and dogs were excellent (all the way style w everything).The guys working there were very nice to the kids. I’d definitely recommend it for families and will go back in the future.
