“We pulled up thinking hotdog truck. Seymour's is so much more! The sandwiches come with fries or salad, and the menus is extensive and diverse. we shared a delicious real fried chicken sandwich reminiscent of the best fried chicken we've ever enjoyed, in New Orleans! My wife also loved the included tibouli salad. We highly recommend Seymours Food Truck, and we look forward to going back!“

“Our first time going to the Totowa location (met up with friends for lunch). Staff was very friendly and helpful - we decided to eat outside and they brought the food to us quickly. We had the tacos, regular bowl with carnitas and fajita bowl with steak and pina-mango drink. Food was very tasty and freshly made. Will come back to try El Pastor. Definitely recommend Sombrero Tacoria.“

“This little gem is located across from A&A deli in Lincoln Park NJ. The staff amazing. The food amazing (we had a chipotle chicken, a Philly cheesesteak, and a pulled pork empanada; in addition yellow rice and black bean and a cherry empanada for desert). Would recommend this restaurant 100%. Open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday it’s truly a treat for the tastebuds.“

“We’ve been coming to this restaurant for years, so it’s overdue for a review after a delicious lunch with too many amazing menu items to choose from for just one sitting. We have followed this family-owned and operated establishment since the days when they were a food truck, then they moved to a small place on a side street in Verona and now at the current bigger location. This is authentic Thai food of the highest quality, and it has never declined over all these years.

The pad thai has true flavor, not excessively sweet. If you want something sweet, the sticky rice is perfect. Pad see ew noodles are fantastic, as are the curries. Amazing veggie dumplings and spring rolls, and saving the best for last…the shrimp buns- lightly breaded and fried whole shrimp on a fluffy open bun with a lightly spicy mayo based sauce…you have to go just for these alone!

Also the ambience is great - big rounded windows let in plenty of light to contrast with the exposed brick. Plus the service is friendly. We really love this place.“

“I hosted a party this Sunday and I order from Sabor Boricua and I couldn't have been more pleased. I called at last minute to put in a catering order and they absolutely did all they can to make sure I had all I needed in the short amount of time I provided. Definitely made a mitigating happen. “Okay, we've been coming to this truck since 2008 or so, when my son was a student at NJIT.I'm going to say that the best food here are the platters, especially the chicken platter; unfortunately my son insisted on the Samosa Tikki Sandwich. It was good, but the platters, with extra white sauce, and a sprinkle of red pepper, is worth the visit. Enjoyed the sandwich. The picture is only a fourth of the sandwich.“

Throughout the planning process, Robert always made us feel comfortable by assuring us they would be there to help rain or shine! Robert and his guys were great to our guests, ensuring everyone had what they wanted. They even gave us so many pies left over that we could enjoy throughout the rest of the day/evening. We cannot wait to work with them again for future parties and would highly suggest them to anyone looking for a unique, fun party idea!“
