“I went to this location after having terrible customer service experience at the 1st location i went to in cliffside park and it was much better. Cliffside park one i sat in for 40 minutes after putting a mobile order for a coffee roll and a drink and not only did i not receive the order no one at any point asked if i was waiting for an order and it wasnt even busy. So i walked out and went to this location in fairview putting in the same mobile order and not only was this location busier my order was already ready when i walked in to pick it up. This location will now be my new go to“
“My go to location for whenever I’m craving some Dunkin’. My orders are always done correctly, and the employees are very sweet and kind. Great customer service and quick service as well. The new young girls who work there are doing a wonderful job. 10/10 :)“
