Just got my food and the Queso was missing from my chips and Queso. I called twice, they didn’t seem to understand me and they hung up both times. So I paid for Queso but I didn’t get it.
Great food but operationally speaking the online order pickup process needs attention and a revamp. Also, hard to hear/understand the staff when they are basically sealed off from the public with only a microphone and speaker attached to the plastic enclosure.Parking: Ample parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Storefront is wheelchair accessible.

Go to Chipotle across the street. You get larger portions at Chipotle for less. If the portions we're 90% of Chipotle's at Pancheros, I'd be more than willing to spend a few extra bucks to support a local business. Instead of a large corporation in Chipotle. But not if the portions are 60% of Chipotle's. I would come weekly if things changed. I've been 4 times to give Pancheros a chance.
