“Came in for the penne vodka and it did not disappoint. Flavor was delicious, maybe a little thinner than other vodka sauces I've had, but they give you bread to soak it up. My husband had a some of their Sicilian slices and their grandma pie. They offer a good variety of toppings and the crust was nice and crisp. Will definitely be back!“

You will find homemade scones made by Angelo which are very good. No one makes a better white pizza than Angelo. All the pizza is very good, the bacon chicken ranch one of my favorites. And the dinners, Jim loves the seafood, are always very delicious. No better server than Lorenzo. He knows you and will recommend for what you might like. Love the hugs. “Love their food one problem they always deliver to my house on a Sunday I called up ordering for delivery the guy told me that they don’t deliver to my area Told him your boss told me you do he asked his boss he then said oh well we’re backed up so why don’t you order from the Hillsboro one the Hillsboro one is further away from me then Flemington location I will give them another shot because I like their food but I’m making it clear I’m unhappy with their staff and the way I was treated when all I wanted was a pizza Sunday night“

“Got 6 pizzas from gabbys for a bounce city birthday party. My son has a severe egg allergy and they promised to mark a pie and take extra care with it. He was able to eat it without any issue and we all enjoyed the pizza a lot. Thank you Gabby’s!“

The pizza is always consistently good, fresh, and exactly what you want from a reliable local pizzeria. We also order the chicken wings all the time — easily some of our favorites in the area.

The staff is always friendly, polite, and welcoming, and the service is consistently quick even when they’re busy. You can tell they genuinely care about customers and keeping things running smoothly.

For a chain-style pizzeria, the quality is surprisingly consistent and dependable. It’s one of those places where you know exactly what you’re going to get every time, and that reliability matters. The only small thing is the signage can be a little hard to notice at night because the light is dim, so it’s easy to drive past the first time — but once you find it, you’ll probably keep coming back like we do.“
