This place is a great choice you if are in the Gladstone or even the Basking Ridge area, where they opened another location. Definitely my go-to spot for pizza takeout.

“We recently moved to the Basking Ridge area and discovered Chianti’s. Obsessed! The wood fired pizza is cooked to perfection. I have an 8, 6, and 19 month old that are always so excited to eat here. They are very accommodating to
families with small children. A highchair is immediately brought over before we even ask. The entire staff is warm, welcoming, and great with kids. My favorite dish is the chicken Parmesan. To be honest, one of the bests I’ve ever had. We come here at least once a month, sometimes twice.“

“Carlos pizza is amazing, our absolute favorite pizzeria. We've been getting them for over 8 years. Recently I my food allergy escalated to the point where any exposure to it sends me to the ER. With that said, i haven't been able to order take out as its a major risk. I took a chance and requested them to exclude these ingredients from the pizza and to avoid cross contamination. “I had my husband 60th birthday party in the Banquet Room. Giving the BIGGEST shout out Jen, Spencer and John who made it the best party ever. Walked me through every step from planning, ordering and choosing the right menu. It was the greatest party by far that we ever had. Bigger shout out to the bartender Julia and hostess Gabby. They are truly the best we ever had. The food was delicious and plates never empty. The party was a great success thanks to all at Alfonso's. Highly recommended. “What a great Pizza Discovery. First of all, you cannot get any better Customer Service. The Family owned business was highly engaged the moment you walk thru the doors. They have been in the Food Business for 50 years and at this location for 30, so they understand the importance of customer engagement. Their great attitude alone would have me wanting to go back because they are such nice people. Small Family run business, it doesn't get any better. But it does here, the Pizza was excellent and the Homemade dessert knocked it out of the park. The Pizza is unique in that it made like a traditional Neopolitan style where the crust is wet and has some sag at the start of the slice. This is not usually the style with a deck oven Pizza slice, but they pull it off because the dough is so fresh. Perfect blend of cheese with an excellent homemade sauce. They are tucked away in a mini mall in Peacock, but once you make it there once, your taste buds will bring you back. Thank you for a great experience.“

“They are usually on point with the service they provide and the pizza they make. I called and ordered a well done plain pie ahead of time for pick up.. when I arrived, it quickly became apparent that they forgot about me.. meanwhile, they have an entire fresh pie that just came out of the oven, and instead of offering me the pie, they cut it up for two slices for a different customer and made me wait 20+ minutes to make what they forgot! I will say that I frequent this shop and will continue to do so but I hope you take this criticism and make adjustments if that should ever happen again. Your pizza Is cromulent“

If you're looking for more than just a quick bite Cafe Picasso's has been my all time favorite Italian restaurant for MANY years. Anything I order there is AMAZING and you leave with plenty of left overs for lunch the next day!
