Crust was thin and had a nice crunch to it, sauce was perfectly distributed throughout the pizza (not heavy, not light) and the cheese was layered generously over the pie. “We drive down to get their honey mustard chicken pizza all the way from Philly. Their pizzas are delicious and GIGANTIC. Especially their specialty pizzas. “Cuz, I was in town visiting relatives over the holidays and stopped in next door to pick up a birthday cake. I walked back to the car behind the building and the aroma of bread baking was too much for me to take in, so I had to come in to your shop. I had the meatball sandwich on a home made bun that was so delicious and the meatballs were so big and juicy smothered in cheese. So good! I had to buy a loaf of that marvelous bread for home. “I love the food at Capuano's. I'm always satisfied with my meal when I'm there. On my most recent visit, I had the Chicken Capuano with a side of Broccoli Rabe. The sauce with the chicken was very flavorful and the chicken was tender. The broccoli rabe side was wonderful. It was crisp-tender, filled with garlic and I actually loved that it was cut into smaller pieces so I didn't have to struggle trying to cut it myself. It can be a little unruly. I also enjoyed their cannoli and a decaf cappuccino with dessert. The interior is no frills but it's clean and the wait staff is competent. Our food came out quickly too.“

I moved to Flemington in 1984 and there was only one place to get a good pizza pie and now there's at least a half dozen places for great pies (though there are more than that in number of pizzerias). Sinatra ranks up there with one of my favorites. The cheese on our pie was a little off in colors which made it obvious that it was from two different lots, perhaps different manufacturers. Part of it was super yellow and the other was super white. Odd. I will continue to eat here but my all time favorite is still Taste of Naples mainly for their quality of cheese.“

“Best New York style pizza in the county...closest to what I grew up with where the owners and workers were Italian, hardly spoke English, and made superb pizza. The owner of Newton Pizza is Greek, yet he certainly knows how to do pizza right. The baked ziti is wonderful as are meatball subs -- great meatballs without lots of filler that the other places in the area use. The owner and staff are friendly, courteous, and hard workers. The prices are fair. This is the only place I'll get pizza from. Over time I've tried most of the other establishments in the area and they all fall short on quality.“

When I called her out on it after watching them flip pizzas from one side of the oven to the other, rubbing the gluten-free crust all through the flour, she just said to me to take it up with the manager who wasn't there at the time. We aren't asking for you to have a separate oven or anything for the gluten-free crust, but at least cook it on a tray that isn't used for regular dough. At least do something to help with cross contamination.“
