“I grew up eating Nicolas pizza and moved away as a young adult. Upon visiting Nicolas over a decade later, the pizza was so good it quite literally made me cry. I cannot recommend it enough. In this humble cooks opinion, this place makes the best pizza in the world.“

“Everything, EVERYTHING they make is so wonderful. The salads are creative, use lots of seasonal ingredients. The pasta is wonderful. Gnocchi Vodka...OMG. The meatball, braised short ribs, sausage is truly special. We seldom go out but when we go there, the atmosphere and service are great. We mostly order to pickup. Never had a problem. Well worth the extra bucks compared to other Italian restaurants nearby. Go there or order pickup! No disappointment!“

However, l just tried this place for the first time because my in-laws picked up a pie…. Didn’t even realize that it had changed from the previous pizza place. I am blown away!! I am so happy to finally be able to stay local to get my Friday night pizza after living here for 7 years! Yummmmm… 9.5 out of 10! If the cheese were a little more melted it would be 10/10 and that might just be because I picked it up a few minutes late….but the sauce is PHENOMENAL and so is the crust! “Love their food one problem they always deliver to my house on a Sunday I called up ordering for delivery the guy told me that they don’t deliver to my area Told him your boss told me you do he asked his boss he then said oh well we’re backed up so why don’t you order from the Hillsboro one the Hillsboro one is further away from me then Flemington location I will give them another shot because I like their food but I’m making it clear I’m unhappy with their staff and the way I was treated when all I wanted was a pizza Sunday night“

“This place is a hidden gem . We were there the other night with 5 people and everyone loved the food they ordered. We have been there a couple of times since it changed ownership and it’s great.
