I come to New Hope 2-3 times a month and this food has always been good up to a couple months ago, two weeks ago my eat in pizza came out cold. Today I went with my girlfriend and we both order bacon cheeseburgers. When they came out they were tiny and half the size of the bun. Mine was also cold. I told the server to take it back I did not want it. She never asked what was wrong or if I wanted something else. My girlfriend ate hers as she was very hungry. I have nothing at all. When I questioned this I was told a mistake was made and that we were give the kids burger which is smaller. Why did they charge full adult price for my girlfriends then? Funny but I think this is a lie as nowhere in the menu does it show a kids burger. I will never eat here again. Foot went down hill and customer service sucked and also o way out mangers attitude sucked
