I come to New Hope 2-3 times a month and this food has always been good up to a couple months ago, two weeks ago my eat in pizza came out cold. Today I went with my girlfriend and we both order bacon cheeseburgers. When they came out they were tiny and half the size of the bun. Mine was also cold. I told the server to take it back I did not want it. She never asked what was wrong or if I wanted something else. My girlfriend ate hers as she was very hungry.
